To whom may we disclose the information?
When we help you implement the advice we will need to pass on the information to the organisations involved. These will vary with circumstances but typically include the fund managers and life insurance companies with which the investments or insurance are placed.

Generally you have the right to obtain access to the information we hold about you, except for certain situations prescribed by law. Generally we do not charge a fee for such access but we may charge you the reasonable costs involved in providing any information you have requested.
